For each of the framework materials, we design your structure with the most recent Standards and Codes in force. Our team takes care of the design of plans and specifications, 3D modeling by Revit, supervision of the work during construction.

Reinforced concrete structures allow the erection of taller buildings, which is an optimal choice for projects that require greater densification in urban areas such as condo towers.

OptiCore optimizes the reinforcement tonnage and formwork area of these projects, ensuring optimal construction costs and a faster return on investment. OptiCore engineers have designed reinforced concrete condo towers up to 22 stories high.

Steel structures allow for advantageous spans between columns when the building's use requires large free spaces, such as in commercial, industrial and warehouse buildings. Steel also offers rapid erection of the structure, which makes it attractive for projects with accelerated construction schedules.

OptiCore optimizes the tonnage of steel in the frame to achieve optimum building performance in terms of weight of steel per square foot constructed. OptiCore engineers have designed commercial steel buildings up to 122,000 square feet in area.

Light steel structures allow the construction of non-combustible frames while taking advantage of the ease of handling and assembly by prefabricated elements in the factory. This material is interesting for the construction of multi-storey buildings for residential use since it increases the capacity and service life of the frame compared to wood, which makes it possible to achieve a higher number of floors.

OptiCore optimizes the use of lightweight steel in these projects , ensuring optimal construction costs. OptiCore engineers have designed multi-storey lightweight steel buildings up to 10 storeys high.
