Description: This new mixed construction of 34 residential units with a business is distinguished by a building area that is cantilevered on two facades. This project fits harmoniously into a busy Montreal neighborhood and allows for the densification of the sector. Our engineers have demonstrated solid design skills by optimizing the building's gravity and seismic system.

Description: This project includes 3 phases of 4-story buildings totaling 96 residential units. With the Terrebonne sector booming, this development project helps densify the urban area. Site-specific constraints posed design challenges that our engineers effectively resolved.
