Description: This new mixed construction of 34 residential units with a business is distinguished by a building area that is cantilevered on two facades. This project fits harmoniously into a busy Montreal neighborhood and allows for the densification of the sector. Our engineers have demonstrated solid design skills by optimizing the building's gravity and seismic system.

Treana 2

Description: This new construction is a residential building composed of 3 floors with more than 10 units with underground parking. The structure is formed of a light wooden frame which rests on a reinforced concrete transfer slab on the ground floor. This residential project aims to develop the urban area of Sainte-Catherine.

Urbanova - Multi-Phases
