Description: The intervention involves the expansion of an existing residence through a two-storey extension supported on screw piles. The work also includes reinforcing the existing structure and reconfiguring the interior of the residence to create large open-plan areas.

Description: The intervention involves the expansion of an existing residence through the addition of an ancillary building, connected to it by a walkway supported on screw piles. The design addressed the challenges imposed by the municipality, notably the protection of tree root systems during the installation of the new foundations.

Description: This building with contemporary architecture is a multi-generational residence with a floor area of 4,500 square feet. It includes a lean-to rooftop office space that offers a magnificent view of the lake.

Redevelopment

Description: Our building structure services were requested to participate in the complete transformation of this single-family residence. On the menu of the transformation: adding openings in the exterior walls, removing load-bearing walls and reinforcing the floor.

Stabilization

Description: Our team's expertise was engaged to stabilize the architectural turrets of this building that is over 100 years old. Solutions to preserve the heritage aspect of the building were proposed to the client. The stabilization work was successfully completed.
